A one of a kind experience.
All of our classes are held in a beautiful Hawaiiana home on the Diamond Head coast in Honolulu, Hawaii. After you arrive, you'll be welcomed by our Chef-Instructor/Host, Linda, and be brought to your own cooking stations. Your menu, recipes, and all cooking equipment will be awaiting you and you'll jump right in to a full hands-on cooking experience!
Whether you're taking our famous "Hawaii Local Favorites" class or learning another cuisine, you will dive into a very "hands-on" experience learning preparation/cooking methods, history of the dishes and fun-facts along the way.
Afterwards, you will enjoy your freshly prepared meal at a communal table with your other cooking guests with a glass of wine, beer or other beverage of choice. At the end of the class, we will bid you farewell with all of the recipes you learned and a special keepsake from the class.
Chef Linda, her home, the food, her stories and her KITCHEN were all the best! It was a great experience to cook with new friends from around the country at Linda's amazing prep table with every tool we needed right there. I especially loved learning about different ingredients and techniques that we used in the dishes we made. Hawaiian Style Cooking made it worth the trip to Hawaii for me! Thanks so much, Chef Linda!
