A one of a kind experience!
Hawaiian Style Cooking Classes are held in a beautiful home on the Diamond Head coast of Honolulu, Hawaii. Your menu, recipes, and all cooking equipment will be awaiting you and you'll jump in to a full hands-on cooking experience.
Afterwards, you'll enjoy your freshly prepared meal at a communal table with a glass of wine, beer or other beverage of choice. At the end of the class, we'll bid you farewell with all the recipes and a special keepsake from the class.
Special note for our guests: In our cooking class, you'll not only savor authentic flavors but also enjoy the joyful company of our 5 rescue chihuahuas and a baby pig. They're a beloved part of our family and a favorite among our guests, adding an extra dash of fun to your culinary adventure!

The dishes listed are only samples of what may be on a menu for the specific cuisine. Final menus are released at the class unless booking a Premium Pick a Cuisine class. Dishes may be changed by our Chef-Instructor based on local availability of fresh ingredients, guest allergies, etc.

If booking a Premium class listed as "Pick a Cuisine" - our Chef-Instructor will build a menu based on your cuisine choice and 1-2 dish requests.
